For new students, fill in the application below, then click on the "Pay Now" button at the bottom.
Payment: Click on the "Submit" button above to complete your application, then enter your student's name below and click on the "Pay Now" button if you wish to pay with a credit card or Paypal account. All fees are non-refundable after the first week of class.
